To get the most out of your Biofeedback Training, we encourage you to:
Make a dedicated time each week to come to the Biofeedback Center for 30-60 minutes for 8 weeks.
Many people benefit from scheduling this time in to help reinforce the importance of this time as well begin to make coming to the Biofeedback Center a new habit.
Practice at home every day.
Biofeedback is a tool to help increase awareness of your experience. You can practice it without the biofeedback training equipment. We encourage you to utilize our Mind-Body Spa for ideas about how to practice at home.
Ask for a Biofeedback Coaching session with one of our staff.
Its often helpful to have a check-in with one of our Biofeedback Team staff if you want to deepen your training or you are feeling stuck. Simply email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call (515-294-5056) our staff to make an appointment for Biofeedback Coaching.
Get familiar with the different programs and try different activities each week.
Some people will benefit more from different programs than others will. It is important you explore for yourself to see what is most helpful for you!
