There is a high demand for mental health services in the Ames community, which can make it challenging to find openings for individual counseling in the area. Telehealth may be a great options to provide you with accessible mental health support that works with your schedule.

There are many different companies that provide telehealth services. The list below are a few options, but is not exhaustive. These agencies are not affiliated with ISU Student Counseling Services and may have some out-of-pocket expense depending on your insurance coverage.
